A low monthly entry price should not hide a vague commitment. That is why the total and the exclusions appear before the contact step.

Why is the total higher than the basic one-off project?

Because it includes the build plus 12 months of hosting, monitoring, security, analytics and small updates. The one-off Starter remains available if you prefer to fund the project upfront.

Do you charge my card immediately?

No. The link opens an enquiry, not an automatic charge. We first confirm fit, scope, dates, payments, cancellation and ownership terms.

What counts as two small updates per month?

Small changes to the existing website, such as a price, image, opening time, short paragraph or link. New pages, campaigns and larger design changes are quoted separately.

Is a shop or booking system included?

No. We can link to an existing external booking service, but ecommerce, payments, user accounts and custom integrations need a separate scope.

Who supplies the copy and images?

You supply accurate business information and materials you have the right to use. We structure that content for clarity and conversion. Full copywriting or photography is outside the base package.

What happens after 12 months?

Further fees, cancellation and handover must be set out in your individual proposal before work begins. We do not take payment until those terms have been approved.
