MAC LEE DESIGNS was born out of frustration. Frustration that Polish businesses in the UK — despite their remarkable work ethic and quality of service — were losing the digital race against native British competition.
When we founded MAC LEE DESIGNS, the market looked very different. Polish businesses on British soil needed simple brochure websites, a basic logo and someone to manage their Facebook page. We were one of many offering that.
But we quickly noticed something disturbing. Our websites looked great, but they weren't earning. Clients received beautiful brochures that generated zero enquiries. Their British competitors — with worse design but better technology — were still outperforming them.
That was the turning point. We stopped building "websites" and started constructing intelligent business platforms. Platforms that don't just look like a million pounds — they earn like one.
Before work begins, we agree what should be measured: forms, calls, bookings, sales or visibility. Design decisions follow the client's objective, available evidence and testing rather than aesthetics alone.
We do not use AI simply because it is fashionable. We apply it where it can improve repetitive answers, research, content or a business process, and confirm the scope and expected outcome before implementation.
We are part of the Polish-British business community ourselves. We know the specifics of running a business on British soil — from regulations, through the language barrier, to the cultural nuances of negotiating with British clients.
